Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Installed or used electrical products
- Geysers, heaters, or appliances once installed
- Burnt, damaged, or physically broken items
- Products damaged due to voltage fluctuation or improper installation
- Clearance sale or discounted items (unless damaged on delivery)
Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- A wrong product
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Unboxing video
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per company policy.
Returns Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support via email or phone
- Share order details and issue description
- After approval, the product must be shipped back in original condition
⚠️ Do not send the product back without confirmation from our support team.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- You will be notified via email or phone
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank or payment provider
- If the issue persists, contact us for assistance
Installation-Related Note
Free installation (if applicable) is provided by the company or authorized service partner.
Issues arising due to improper wall fitting, wiring, or site conditions are not covered under return or refund.
